Course objectives
The course presents a basic of knowledge of project management and strategic thinking and planning. Students should learn to define project objectives, identify its parts and the links between them, determine the total duration of the project and course work. They should gain skills in project management, learn how to work in a project team. The seminar follows contents of the lecture with aim to handle preparing of the project practically.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- work within a core project team;
- understand the issue of submitting project applications;
