Course objectives
Week 1-2 - Yoga basics and breathing exercises (correct posture, breathing exercises to calm and increase energy ) Week 3-4 - Strengthening and Flexibility (A series of postures to strengthen the whole body, improve flexibility, synchronize breathing and exercise) Week 5-6 - Balance and Coordination (Improving balance, positions to maintain stability, breathing exercises) Week 7-8 - Relaxation and Regeneration (Relaxation in yoga postures, release tension in the back, neck and abdomen) Week 9-10 - Meditation and Mental Health (Calming the mind, concentration, breathing exercises) Week 11-12 Integration (Integrating yoga elements into a flowing practice)
