- The aim of the course is to allow students to improve their overall language skills, both receptive and productive and to develop their knowledge of the English language grammar and vocabulary. Emphasis is on communication skills, consistent practice of grammatical structures and systematic enlarging of vocabulary. Contents: Units 1-4 from the book Cambridge English First Result

Information on the extent and intensity of the course: Seminář 24 HOD/SEM. - Teacher's information
- To pass the course and receive the credits, students are required to receive 70% in each part of the final exam consisting of: Use of English (grammar and vocabulary), reading, listening, writing and speaking.
Students are entitled to two retakes of each part of the exam.
