- Course objectives
- The course comprehensively focuses on the use of professional information and information sources, including electronic information sources and information retrieval processes. The aim is to acquaint students with the basic concepts of the field, to establish the theoretical principles of information retrieval and practical mastery of working with professional information. Part of the course is a focus on the quality and reliability of information sources, the characteristics of different types of documents, their specifications for searching. Part of the practical content is to gain an overview of information sources and specific methods of information retrieval.

- After completing the course, the student will be able to:
