2. Akviziční systémy v medicíně
3. Komunikační a datové standardy pro IS: HL7, DICOM 3.0 - digitální zobrazení a komunikace v medicíně úvod.
4. Měření biosignálů (EKG, EEG, EMG)
5. Modalita US
6. Modalita CT
7. Modalita MR
8. Modalita SPECT
9. Zpracování a vizualizace biosignálů (EKG, EEG).
10. Zpracování a vizualizace obrazů v medicíně (obrazová informace CT, MR, US, SPECT).
11. IS v medicíně: nemocniční IS, radiologický IS, archivační a komunikační systém, laboratorní IS.
12. Znalostní systémy v medicínské informatice: učící se systémy, neuronové sítě, expertní systémy, expertní systémy s neurčitostí.
