Cílem předmětu je připravit studenty na jednání s občany z kulturně odlišného prostředí. Předmět není teoreticky orientován, smyslem výuky je zprostředkovat studentům základní poznatky o vlivu sociálně kulturního prostředí na vývoj osobnosti člověka a jeho chování včetně kultivování jejich multikulturních kompetencí.
