The emphasis is put especially on its institutional aspect, functioning of united internal market, common and coordinated policy of EU, European monetary system, fiscal aspects of functioning of European Union and finally secondary law, or its resources which currently regulate and form internal normative life of member countries of EU minimally with the same intensity as their domestic law rules (laws, government orders); under certain circumstances the community law is even superior to domestic norms. The inseparable part of this study unit is also the lightening of place and role of European Union in international political and commercial relations in connection to interpretation of three pillars of the European Union which have resulted from the Treaty of Maastricht including the second and the third pillar of European Union, gradually developing on international level of common foreign and security policy and of internal issues and justice.
