Course objectives
The aim of the subject is to introduce issue of work in multicultural environment and international organizations and with processes used in the field of intercultural management. The subject should prepare the students for working effectively in multicultural territory and for effective coping with mental stress caused by social interactions with different national culture. The course is intended for Department of Public administration and regional policy students only.
