Course objectives
Objectives: The course builds on the previous instruction, its aim is to increase the demand on the range, autonomy, and fluency of speech through the practice of oral and written expression. Increased attention is also paid to reading and listening. Students will consolidate knowledge of spelling, morphology and composition through exercise. Teaching Methods Dialogue in the form of an interview, working with texts - reading and listening. Emphasis is placed on practising the subject matter with the main focus on developing speech skills. The instruction is based on the principles of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Acquired Competences: Completing the course, students will be at level A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference - students on this level understand spoken word regarding someone and their surroundings or shopping and work. They can read simple texts and navigate for example in the menus. They can converse in a simple way and communicate information about themselves. The are also capable of simple description. They can write simple letters about themselves.

The exam consists of a written part (test of grammar introduced, understanding a medium difficulty text - giving answers to questions), and an oral part - an interview on a topic of everyday life.
