Course objectives
The course extends on the content of the course Administrative Law I. and the aim of the course is to complete the presentation of administrative proceedings, namely the decision upon review of seizure of assets, including the legal regulations of the administrative judiciary. In addition, the lectures deal with general issues of checks and other securities in public administration, the liability for administrative offences and misdemeanours. Finally, attention is paid to the legal regulations of selected sections of public administration, that is, internal administration and management of the police, including the issues of penalty for specific offences. Study Outcomes: Students are well informed in the field of administrative law, especially in administrative proceedings. Professional Knowledge: Students are able to assess whether a particular issue is an administrative offence, particularly whether there is a possibility for ordinary or extraordinary review of a decision and of a seizure of assets. Professional Skills: Students are able to do their work according to the law. General Qualification: Students will acquire basic theoretical knowledge in the field of liability and legal securities in public administration, basic practical knowledge on the review of a decision and seizure of assets in the administrative proceedings, and basic competence to interpret legal norms. Competences: Evaluates the situation in the field of public administration. In a reasonable form in terms of their competence, they take care for processed the cases in order not to make them result in an administrative tort. Is able to proceed properly in the review of an administrative decision and in administrative execution.
