Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with a basic and comprehensive knowledge of labour law and its principles in relation to social policy.
Learning outcomes
Professional knowledge: By the end of this course, the student will be able to understand the basic principles of labor law. They will also be capable of applying the fundamental concepts and gaining familiarity with the institutions central to labor law. Additionally, the student will acquire the ability to apply their basic knowledge of labor law in practical situations, particularly in conjunction with public law, especially social security law. Throughout the course, the student will also acquire knowledge related to the employment relationship, working conditions, health protection, and state employment policy.

Credit - Active participation in lectures. - Preparation and submission of examples 1 to 6 and their submission in proper quality. - Examination - The examination consists of 15 test questions. - Each question is marked with 4 points. - A total of 60 points can be obtained for the test. - The examination is written. - All printed study materials may be used for the exam.
