Cílem předmětu je vysvětlit, jak pomocí PR vytvářet úspěšné prostředí pro instituci, firmu, organizaci, jakými způsoby vytvářet jejich dobré jméno, jak posilovat vztahy a komunikaci s veřejností i uvnitř firmy, jak chránit firmu či instituci v nepříznivých situacích.
