Obsah předmětu tvoří znalosti a dovednosti v preventivních postupech v boji s rakovinou prsu. Výuka předmětu je praktická.

  • Obsah seminárních a praktických cvičení:
    1. Anatomie a fyziologie mléčné žlázy
    2. Rizikové faktory, Dědičně podmíněné nádorové onemocnění prsu
    3. Primární preventivní péče
    4. Sekundární preventivní péče
    5. Terciální preventivní péče
    6. Vrozené vývojové vady a benigní nálezy v prsu
    7. Klinické příznaky nádorového onemocnění prsu
    8. Samovyšetřování prsů
    9. Diagnostika onemocnění prsní žlázy
    10. Léčba nádorového onemocnění
