- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- Polish language for SES is conceived as a four-semester course whose aim is to provide the students with principal knowledge of Polish language which would then allow them to manage common communication situations but also individual work with Polish text and finally also individual compositions of simpler texts. This aim corresponds to structure of lessons. The teaching of grammar will be supplemented by practical exercises which would reflect reached level. With respect to the fact that Polish is required not only in the frame of everyday communication, the attention will be paid also to managing of Polish linguistic terminology which would always correspond to given issue. Polish for SES III follows Polish for SES II. The interpretation of grammar will then naturally deepen and supplement already gained knowledge. In the tutorials, the active ability of expression both by spoken and written form will be further developed. It will correspond not only to formation of temporary word-stock which will be according to previous courses thematically orientated but also to respect of issue connected to Polish phraseology system.

5. Adverbs (classification and description)- gradation of adverbs
6. Prepositions, conjunctions and particles
7. Verb wolno, trzeba, możno, widać and słychać
8. Relative pronouns, indefinite and negative
9. Numerals - ordinal, collective, multiple, reproductive; fractions
10. Irregular and mixed inflection of nouns
11. Adjectival inflection of adjectives of masculine gender
12. Adjectival inflection of adjectives of feminine and neuter gender
