- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to introduce the basics of methodology of human sciences to students and provide them with fundamental knowledge and skills necessary for work with scientific texts. The course content is divided in two parts. The theoretical part presents the origin and foundation of science proper, with its division and principal concepts and methods used in human sciences. In the second, practical, part the students will, by means of work with scientific texts, adopt elements of scientific style, will be presented its main forms and especially will learn main principles of study and composition of scientific texts. The graduates must be able to work in the frame of their further study and professional work with scientific literature as well as compose scientific texts provided with all formal necessities according to valid norm.
