Prerequisites

Students will create a group (2-3), each characterized by a selected target group of clients - consulting, Students elaborate analysis of selected social situation, which will be presented at the seminar. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of working with this client group - the consulting and system of benefits and services for the group- consultancy area. The presentation is modeling work with a client, modeling will be reflected in the group.
Processed theme is a prerequisite for admission to the exam.

Course objectives

The aim of the course of socio-legal advice is to help students navigate the social relationships that are relevant to certain forms of prevention, mitigation and assistance in difficult social situations where people who, because of certain social events (return from prison, disability, etc.), need help. An interdisciplinary subject mainly based on recent findings of psychology, counseling and application of legal standards was conceived. SEMINAR The aim is to master basic work processes in key areas of socio-legal advice and the formulation of common assumptions for that activity. Seminars will also be focused on students gaininga practical orientation in the social security system so that students are able to solve some social matters and orient themselves in social situations. Development of a brief outline of the project socio-legal advice in selected areas. Students will create and defendthe selected seminar work - presentation of the annual report created by agents of socio-legal advisory services of of the student's choice.

  5. Annuity insurance.
  6. Life and subsistence minimum. Material poverty. State social support.
  7. Social Care.
  8. Socio-legal minimum.
