Course objectives
The subject is aimed given to student complex and structured conception of goal issues, to key terms and aspects of andro- and geronto - didaktics during the defining subject , functions, goals of theory of adult and senior educational theory, their content, forms, methods and means. Student has given too analytical view of educational proces components, key competences of educational subject and object, about conditions and principles, about creation of curriculum and complet preparing to educational proces, including evolutionary tendences. Concept of subject Follows devlopment of critical student thinking too, including abbility of independently and responsible make a decission in stated sphere.
Syllabus
  • 1. Defining of key terms and cathegorial andro- and geronto- didactics apparatus.
    2. Subject of androdidactics and gerontodidactics; genesis of educational concepts; theoreticaly-methodologicaly base of educational process; prefer types of adults and seniors education (solving problems, social learning, verbal? etc.); general/proffesional learning; scale and level of learning; qualification, extending?;
    3. Goals of adults and seniors learning; harmony of social and individual needs; goals diference from types odf education - formal, nonformal a informal; new educational paradigma (informativ-cognitive detectisation, selection, interiorisation, exteriorisation);
    4. Content (curiculum) focus of adult and senior education for style of education; documents - curricula: leducational plans, drafts, books and another education "can";
    5. Principles of curricula creation and preparing to education - choice and arrangement of curriculum on the base of needs and didactics alternative; didactics systema (planning forms, methods, means etc.)
    6. Enlarged organisation forms of adult and senior learning - plenary, groups, individual; defining, characteristic, principles of effective using;
    7. Methods of team adults and senior learning; participative access; characteristic of participative educational methods; methods of selfeducation and selfcultivation; sense and preparing of surroudings for selflearning;
    8. Material (and nonmaterial) didactic means and educational (info) technology, which facilitateadult and senior education; structural excercise book; PC (e-mail; internet - info-databases - fulltexts); tablet, i-pot; educational and relaxing space; logistics, etc.;
    9. Principles of adults and senior learning;
    10. Primary factor of educational proces - adult / senior (client); entering level, docility; competences; sense of (family) base, motivation to education - for educational creativity and effectiveness;
    11. Lecturer - (who is covered under term: trainer, facilitator , animator, coach, adviser...); competences a abilities of andragog and gerontagog for educational process (personal, proffesional and didactic, controling, diagnostc?); selfreflections of lecturer; inspections;
    12. Androdidactical diagnostic; sense of educational outputs checking of adults and seniors; hodnocení; diplomacy; adult auto-diagnostic docility - condition of further efective education and cultivation of adults and seniors; principles;
    13. Sense and systém of advising in learning of adults and seniors - in accordance educational styles; eligibility to give advice and effectively and targeted comunicate; technics of investigate informations; prognosis and marketing in androdidactic;
