- Open questions test. The student will prepare a seminar paper on the selected topic. Attendance at least 50% of seminars, i.e. only 6 absences are allowed.

- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to identify the main principles of Czech private law.
- Learning outcomes
- After completing the course, the student will be able to: - identify the basic principles of private law - identify the position of persons - understand the basic aspects of property law - understand inheritance law - identify the basic principles of contracts Expertise in the field of private law. Orientation in legal regulations. To understand pricnciples of legal argumention.
