Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course takes up Theory of Enterprise, goes from general economic theory, but draws knowledge from many other sciences, like Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Accountancy, Finance and Commercial Law. The Economics of Enterprise is not only theoretical but practical discipline as well. It provides entrepreneurs, managers and economists with knowledge of how to manage the business to run effectively and smoothly. The aim of the course is to increase and develop level of economic knowledge, education, but also methodical and practical skills in the area of business economics practice. 1. Analyse of business events connected with business and entrepreneurs establishing and merging. 2. Basic categories of business efficiency and its ethic dimension. 3. Criteria for optimizing assets and capital structure of an enterprise. 4. Organisation structure of an enterprise. 5. Principles of enterprise calculation for functional planning in an enterprise. 6. Investment activity and innovation processes. 7. Business simulation and use of IT 8. Financial aspects of business strategy creation in terms of activities provided. 9. Specific economies. 10. Case studies for given areas.
