- Course objectives
- The course focuses to inform students about personnel activities in various types of companies in the countries with market economy. The course follows Human Resource Management. Personnel management is concerned with the effective use of the skills of people. In a business, personnel management starts with the recruiting and hiring of qualified people and continues with directing and encouraging their growth as they encounter problems and tensions that arise in working toward established goals.

11. Personnel clerk and working group
12. Cooperation of personnel system with trade unions, collective agreements
