- Course objectives
- The course acquaints students with the basic theoretical pieces of knowledge of financial analysis. The course objective is to acquaint the students with problems of evaluation of firm's financial situation not only level one firm and so in dependences on position of firm in relevant branch. The course elucidates position of financial analysis in framework of financial management of firm.

3. Resources of data information for financial analysis - generally
4. Financial statement - Balance sheet
5. Income statement (profit and loss account) and cash flow statement
6. Analysis of profitability
7. Other indicators of ratio analysis
8. Evaluation and comparison of indicators between different time periods for one company
9. Evaluation and comparison of indicators between single company and its industry average
10. Bankruptcy and creditworthy models
11. Case study I.
