Course objectives
Mastering the basic concepts and approaches used in international logistics. Identification of controllable and uncontrollable factors affecting global logistics activities. Identification of the main international distribution strategies; explaining of the elements related to the international logistics management. Identification of the main organizational, managerial and financial problems associated with global logistics.
