- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the principles of EU law, with its sources, procedure creation, negotiation and approval of documents, principles of EU law, their application in practice, linkages between institutions, enforcement of the EU law and coercive measures against the EU Member States.

7. Sources of EU law, linkages between institutions, decision-making procedures
8. Enforcement of the EU law, coercive measures against the EU Member States
9. Interpretation of EU law
10. The European Central Bank (ECB), the European Investment Bank (EIB)
11. The budget of the EC (EU)
12. The common market - internal market, trade relations within the EU
13. The development of EU and protection of fundamental rights in the EU
