- Course objectives
- The course introduces the role and functions of the trade and its relationship to the national economy in market economy. It includes a list of retail selling units, their life cycle and the differences between retail and wholesale. Students learn the issues of the functioning of commercial operating unit, its surroundings and the development of retail networks in territorial terms and systemic approach to business technology. Theory and practice of retail sales is amplified and focused on its management with emphasis on technique and sales psychology, including control activities.
