Course objectives

The aim of the course is to introduce students to the principles of effective communication. Through training to develop their own communication skills of students and helping them to improve their communication profile.

  3. Czech as the main communication tool in the Czech environment
  4. Communication strategy
  5. Communication barriers and how to overcome them
  6. Presentation as a communication skill
  7. Verbal and nonverbal communication
  8. The use of specific linguistic instruments of communication
  9. Communication skills in professional communication
  10. Negotiation as a communication skill
  11. Communication group
  12. Communication via intermediary
  13. Argumentation and persuasion as a communication skill
