Course objectives
The aim of the course is teach students of economic field how to use PC in the business environment. The course acquaints students with important aspects of purchasing hardware, making or creating software and basic procedures for solving an information system of a company.

Teacher's information
The course is completed with the combined test. Credits will be awarded for obtaining at least 60 points out of 100. 40 points can be obtained for the results achieved in the final exam testing, 30 points for completion of the project, 15 points for the report presented at a specified time during the semester and 15 points for ongoing tasks. Semestral project will be specified in the first month of the semester, deadline is at midterm week. Submission of the semestral project, active presentation, deliver 70% of the ongoing tasks at specified times and participation in seminars in the range of 50% are conditions for admission to the final test.
