Course objectives
The course acquaints students with career counseling as a specific type of career coaching, with its systems, models, efficiency, environment and development of potential coaches. It follows the career guidance in terms of personal career consultant as a coach in the concept of partnership with the coachee client. It sees coaching as a career guidance process to control the constructive questioning and feedback. It teaches students to understand the issue of career coaching as a form of leadership, including the elimination of barriers and risks coaching process. The course applies a specific career counseling process using tools appropriate to intervene with career coaching. It puts emphasis on coaching "key" skills and "soft" skills of students.
