Course objectives
To deepen and expand the knowledge on contemporary approach to the management of innovation in firms, in the development of innovation strategy for gaining the competetive advantage at both the national and supranational levels. To understand the meaning of creativity, culture and climate for implementation of innovation, to understand the role of innovation governance and their explanation on selected case studies.

Written seminar work in the extent of 10-15 pages focused to the topis of dissertation, presentation of seminar work in a discussion with a teacher, explanation of 2-3 requests about innovation theory according to lectures and recommended literature.
