- The main aim of the course is introducing of student with e-business and e-commerce environment. Students acquire knowledge about corporate environment viable on Internet, information and communication technology to support electronic activities. Students learn to one´s way in e-business, e-commerce, e-marketplace.

1) Information society. Global information infrastructure. Information system. Internet and his importance to e-business support. New economy. Juridical aspects of Internet. Base conditions to e-business development.
2) E-commerce, E-business (B2B, B2C). Starting point of e-business and e-commerce. E-commerce server structure. Portal. Processional definition of e-business and e-commerce.
3) Internet marketplaces. Structure of Internet marketplaces. Trading models. Members and proprietary models. Pricing models.
4) Software to internet shops development. Methods of internet shops development.
5) Advantages and disadvantages of e-business. Effectiveness indexes.
6) Values string. Virtual values string. Conceptual model. Merit addition. Values array.
7) Outsourcing. Application service hosting. E-business software.
