Course objectives (in Czech): Seznámit studenty s významem řízení lidských zdrojů a jejich úlohou v podniku. Ukázat na novou roli personálního managementu ve světě a v ČR. Důraz položit na systémový výklad a procvičení základního programu personálního managementu v našich podnicích a organizacích. Dosáhnout zvládnutí základních metod a postupů uplatňovaných v personálním řízení v podnicích a institucích s důrazem na morální aspekty a kooperativní partnerství zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele.
