  • The course objective is to introduce logistics as a broad function, which has a great impact on all business activities. Logistics plays an important role in a life of every business unit as it influences costs and level of customer service. Logistics has to be understood as a process compiled out of many activities and has to be tuned to provide the best possible result as a whole. The first part of the course analyses each part of the logisctics process. The second part is determined to describe logistics organisation, cooperation and new trends in it.
