Course objectives (in Czech)
Aim of classwork is to acquaint students with institutes and branches of public international law and to extension theoretical and practical students' knowledge and skills of general part of public international law. International law as relative independent and dynamical legal system demands peculiar way of legal thinking. It is important to awareness typical attributes of international order, because international dimension is indivisible token of global world. Classwork is intent on approaching international and intrastate law, but both of systems have to be comprehended in context.
