- Course objectives
- The course aims to familiarize the students with the methods and rules under which the various economic systems will be described by using statistical data. Students will be acquainted with historical development of the system of macroeconomic indicators and the current system of national accounts methodology used in the Czech Republic and the member states of the European Union. Lecturers will lead students to understand the basic methods and procedures of the national accounting as the main source of macroeconomic information and to be able to work with the data obtained from of the Annual national accounts of the Czech Republic.
