Course objectives
The basis of the course is to apply the theoretical knowledge of their subjects for use in practice management facilities providing services of travel agencies, travel agencies and tourist information centers. Students gradually go through all the processes providing the services of these devices, starting with the legal requirements for their activities through business plan preparation and organization of the operation, creation of a product and its selling clients, issues of pricing policy shopping services at home and abroad, providing information, animation and guide services to the cooperation of entities operating in the tourism industry.

  • 1.Services in tourism and their basic characteristics, historical development of travel.
    2.The importance and role of travel agency, travel office and information centers to provide services to participants tourism.
    3.Legal aspects of the creation and operation of facilities providing services tourism.
    4.Organization's activities and organizational structure of the device travel agency, travel office and information centers.
    5.Creating a business plan and sales strategy for the product travel agency.
    6.List of operational and product offering travel agency, travel office and information centers.
    7.Pricing and product pricing.
    8.Selling, travel contract and general terms of participation of clients.
    9.Acquisition policy when purchasing services.
    10.Personnel policy in tourism.
    11.The issue of guide services.
    12.Use of electronic media in selling products travel agency, travel office and information centers.
    13.An organization operating in tourism and international cooperation.
