- Course objectives
- Structure of the subject Business Economics is based on the concept that the chapters will familiarize students with basic knowledge of business and description of the business and business unrelated to their economic substance. The context of business economics will be deepen in courses Economics of enterprise " A" and Economics of enterprise " B". The course aims is to introduce students the basics characteristics of business. The company is understood as an institutionalized form of business. It has its objectives and functions. There is a certain area that has political, economic, social, technical and legal nature. The aim of business is to evaluate the invested capital, i.e. including profit. To achieve its objectives, the enterprise must perform a number of functions. In the economy we divide firms by sectors, ownership, size and legal form of organization. Life of company begins in the moment of the establishment of enterprises, and the related property and capital structure, which will culminate functional organizational structure. The management starts from the main activities, its description, and the importance of integration in a hierarchical structure.

4. The ownership structure of the company.
5. Business objectives and functions (activities).
6. Organizational construction of company.
7. Supply activity of business.
8. Manufacturing business activity (including services).
9. Sales activities of the company.
10.Human Resource Management.
11.Economic activity and investment department in the company.
12.The content of the activities of other departments of the company. Corporate culture, corporate ethics.
