Course objectives
The aim is to acquaint students with the essential aspects of the protection of industrial and intellectual property rights. The subject includes a basic knowledge of the legislation, which deals with the protection of the values generated by the human intellect, in particular copyrights and selected items of industrial property rights. The extension of subject matter also includes ways of enforcing those rights in cases when they are being violated, whether judicial or non-judicial means.
