- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the fundamentals and importance of the project and change management and its interdisciplinary form. Furthermore, to provide a brief overview of the various aspects of the project structure and methods of its solution, followed by practical implementation using software tools in the exercise.
