- Course objectives
- To enable students to orientation in the legal order of the Czech Republic, so that when in contact with the legal issue was eligible to work with a specific legal regulation. General knowledge of legal disciplines a student gets a prerequisite for studying other legal disciplines at the faculty. The course is designed with a focus on the theory of law in general, to the importance of legal regulation in the company, on the acquisition of basic knowledge about concepts and the institutes of the law. Ownership of this issue is a prerequisite for the study of law, commercial, financial, labour, social, international trade law, civil, criminal, family, which are subsequently taught at the faculty.
