Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the fundamentals and importance of the project and change management and its interdisciplinary form. Furthermore, to provide a brief overview of the various aspects of the project structure and methods of its solution, followed by practical implementation using software tools in the exercise.

    11. The arrangement of the organization, entropy and the role of change management in the reduction of entropy

    13. Preparation of the changes and their implementation
