Course objectives
Course builds on the knowledge that students have acquired within the bachelor study. The structure and content of the course focuses on the deepening of knowledge about the theoretical aspects of his public administration in development conditions and the system of public administration. The aim is to acquaint students with the theoretical foundations of the rule of law, with rights and obligations of natural and legal persons in public administration from the point of view of theoretical aspects. Students will acquire knowledge of the legislation in the area of public administration, tangible and procedural law.
