Course objectives
The course objective is to teach the students the principles of system approaches and system theory and acquaints students with the basic approaches to designing of static and dymamic systems. The course follows after the basic courses of calculus and information science.

  • 1. General systems theory, basic concepts
    2. Real and abstract systems, static and dynamic systems
    3. Deterministic systems, stochastic systems, adaptive systems
    4. System modelling
    5. System analysis, methods of system analysis
    6. System design, methods of system design
    7. Struktural analysis, solving by matrix calculus, optimization problems
    8. Static systems, typical problems for solving
    9. Dynamic systems, typical problems for solving
    10. Real applications of system theory and system analysis
    11. Problems for solving, operations research, technical and other applications
    12. Practical examples, case studies
    13. Methods of system analysis in economics and management
