Course objectives
The aim of the course is to transfer listeners a summary of information of staffing activities in different types of enterprises and organizations in countries with a social market economy so that they learn to evaluate critically the practice and the needs of human resources in our current businesses organize personnel work and handle its core activities. The aim is to further develop the knowledge acquired in the teaching of sociology, as well as the foundations of the law. The subject to follow up at the higher level of master degree is the Human Resource Management.

    2. Personal work and personal activities in the enterprise
    3. Creation of jobs and the procedure for admission to employment
    4. The basic obligations of the employer and the employee, work schedules
    5. Changes in employment and the workplace
    6. Working hours and holidays
    7. Obstacles at work and their remuneration
    8. The Role of HR specialists in the evaluation of personnel
    9. Remuneration in business and non-business sphere
    10. Termination of service and the types of pensions
    11. Human resources officer and working groups
    12. Cooperation of the human resources department with the trade unions, collective agreements
    13. Liability-personnel department
