Course objectives
The main aim of the subject is to familiarize with psychological aspects of crisis situations. Students are familiarized with suitable techniques and strategies for managing crisis events.

  • 1. Definition of crise.
    2. Crisis situations typology.
    3. Conflict phases, their course and development in time.
    4. Behaviour in crisis situation.
    5. Group working techniques in crisis situations.
    6. Collective negotiation.
    7. Bases of crisis intervention.
