- Essential notions and principles of probability theory and mathematical statistic.

- 1. Statistical events and statistical surveys.
2. Randomness and probability.
3. Probability distributions and measure theory.
4. The characterization of probability distributions.
5. Special probability distributions.
6. Central limit theorem.
7. Point estimates. Maximum likelihood method.
8. Interval estimates.
9. Hypothesis testing: parametric tests.
10. Special parametric tests.
11. Hypothesis testing: non-parametric tests.

- Requierements for pre-exam credits are defined by lecturer. In principle, students should be able to solve simple practical problems. The same is true for written exam. During the course of oral exam, essential theoretical attainments are required.
