- Cílem předmětu je poskytnout přehled o základních algoritmech a metodách používaných v 2D grafice a při tvorbě modelů a jejich vykreslování. Posluchači získají znalosti, které jim umožní orientaci v širokém spektru úloh řešených v počítačové grafice včetně nezbytného matematického základu. Získají praktické dovednosti v 2D grafice pomocí moderního profesionálního software.

- Goemoetric modelling of curves. Interpolating curves. Approcimating curves. Bezier curves. B-splines. Rational curves.
Projections. Transformations.
Geometric modelling of surfaces. Interpolating surfaces determined by their edge. Interpolating surfaces determined by their edge and tangent planes at the edge. Surfaces determined by point meshes. General and special surfaces.
