Computer Network and Internet
Study requirements
The Computer Network and Internet course is completed by credit and examination.
In order to pass the credit, you must write a test including the practical part (configuration of a switch and a router) with at least 50% of the points. Active participation in the exercises is expected to be at least 75 %.
If you complete at least a CCNA1 level certificate in Cisco computer courses before grading, I may accept this as credit. However, I still recommend attending the exercises - we discuss things that are not part of CCNA1.
The exam is a written exam (students are informed of the form in due course) of topics discussed in lectures. The following scale is used for assessment:
Points | ECTS grade | Grade as number |
0-19 | - (F) | - |
20-24 | E | 3 |
25-29 | D | 2-3 |
30-33 | C | 2 |
34-37 | B | 1-2 |
38-40 | A | 1 |
