b) Which parts of management (four) we have to learn?

C)  Why people are important?

D)  How to plan HR in the start-up?

II. Practical Part  (4points) : Your business plan need for success the relationship with real situation on the market. You need to think, what happen if...

This step we call market analysis. If there is some possibility to find out some customers and who is our competitior or if there are some obstacles. We use, from previous lesson analyses of external environment - PEST analysis, analysis of competiors and our internal analysis - our potential we described in lean canvas. We sum up this infoematin within final SWOT analysis

Internal part:

• Strengths: characteristics of the business or project that give it an advantage over others
• Weaknesses: characteristics that place the business or project at a disadvantage relative to others

External part:

• Opportunities: elements in the environment that the business or project could exploit to its advantage
• Threats: elements in the environment that could cause trouble for the business or project

Homework:

Use this template and try to make your own market analysis for your business. This part will be included into your project.
