The aim of the program is to prepare students to gradually acquire and expand their basic vocabulary and grammar, learn to pronounce English words correctly and use them in context, and more actively understand written and spoken speech concerning personal information and basic everyday situations. Students will gradually learn to answer questions in the present, simple past and future tenses, concerning their everyday life, travel, the city, transport, navigation, orientation, and plans for the future. They will gradually be able to use English to satisfy basic needs, e.g. asking for directions, buying food, etc., and will be able to ask questions and understand short answers.
