  • Business Continuity Management:

    The course is designed to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills in Business Continuity Management (BCM), focusing on ensuring business continuity and organizational resilience. Participants will learn how to identify critical business processes and their dependencies, conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA), define recovery priorities (RTO/RPO), assess risks, and design measures to support business continuity. The course also covers cybersecurity incident scenarios, including ransomware attacks, account compromise, and cloud service outages, from a managerial perspective. As a final outcome, participants will develop a BCM mini-plan and complete a tabletop exercise focused on decision-making, crisis communication, and business recovery following an incident.

    Syllabus
    The course consists of six modules covering Business Continuity Management, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), disruption scenarios and risks, continuity measures, incident response and recovery, and supplier management. It includes study blocks, workshops, independent work on a BCM mini-plan, a case study, a tabletop exercise, and a final test.
