Course objectives
The subject deals with the characteristics of findings obtained during archaeological research. It is focused on the knowledge of real estate monuments from the point of view of their morphology and typology. During the semester, students will be introduced to the basics of describing archaeological objects, based on the material and function used. Emphasis will be placed on the knowledge of individual types and subtypes of artifacts, their characteristics and, above all, their chronological classification
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to distinguish between prehistoric, medieval and modern archaeological objects, and possibly classify them culturally.
